For parents of bilingual families with infants or toddlers, here's what we do at Trust Montessori:
✔ Your child will hear and engage with Mandarin warmly, interactively.
✔ We support your family’s bilingual goals by reinforcing Mandarin at school and helping you integrate it at home.
✔ Your child will build comfort with the language through play, routines, and socialization.

Our Practice - Montessori for Infants and Toddler

Many parents wonder how their child’s development will be assessed in a Montessori program. Unlike traditional models that focus solely on age-based milestones, Montessori takes a whole-child approach, valuing individual growth, independence, and curiosity as key indicators of success.

At Trust Montessori we see growth and development as a journey, not a checklist. Every child grows at their own rhythm, and our practices are designed to support that process in the most nurturing way possible.

What Does Progress Look Like in Our Montessori Infant/Toddler Program?

✅ Confidence & Independence
  • Your child learns to make choices, explore freely, and engage with their surroundings in a way that builds self-reliance. We ask "Are they growing more confident in their abilities?"
✅ Natural Love for Learning
  • Children are given the space to discover at their own pace. We look for signs of engagement, curiosity, and focus, not just whether they meet a milestone by a set age.
✅ Strong Relationships & Communication
  • A nurturing, secure environment allows children to form deep bonds with caregivers and peers. We observe how they express needs, emotions, and connections with others, rather than measuring only how many words they say by a certain month.
✅ Hands-On Exploration & Movement
  • Montessori environments are designed to encourage natural movement and sensory learning. We track how a child interacts with their environment, builds coordination, and problem-solves through experience.
✅ Caregiver’s Role in Growth
  • A key part of Montessori success is how well caregivers support, observe, and respond to each child’s individual needs. Our focus is not just on “teaching” but on creating the right environment for natural development.
